The project unfolded in three phases. In Phase One, we developed a site plan along with annotated floor plans for all three levels and a roof plan. Site design requirements included 75 parking spaces with 8 accessible spots, a 1’ curb, 24’ drive-aisle clearance, elevation markers, an outdoor seating area and light pole locations.

In Phase Two, we focused on a selected portion of the third floor, creating a fully developed office suite that included an annotated office plan, furniture plan, enlarged plan and reflected ceiling plan. We also documented the building envelope and structure through annotated exterior elevations, building sections and wall sections.

The Final Phase advanced the documentation to construction-level detail with comprehensive building and wall sections showing drawn and annotated assemblies, along with door and finish schedules to coordinate materials and specifications across the project.
